Tasting Note
Mineral, saline and nutty on the nose. A textural white which balances richer notes with bright, balanced acidity.

Vinification
Chardonnay grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented in a mixture of new 500L Stockinger oak barrels and fibre glass tank. Occasional batonnage, bottled by gravity with no filtration. Minimal sulphur added.

Grapes grown conventionally on Chalk downland in Southeast England.

Serving
No need to decant. Serve chilled, 12 degrees Celsius.
