Grape(s) 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Gris, 4% Pinot Meunier, 1% Cabaret Noir

Tasting Note
Hazy, with pink and orange gold hues. Gently fizzy, some tropical notes from the Pinot Gris, supported by more mature champagne notes from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Fresh and bright acidity with some palate weight and a very long finish. 

Vinification
Some of the grapes were crushed and some destemmed and pressed immediately to a selection of stainless steel and oak vats. Blended and bottled in the Spring of 2026 with a small addition of sugar and referment in bottle. The wine is unfined, unfiltered and un-disgorged. Because of this a harmless sediment may occur.

Grape History
Mostly from vineyards in East Sussex with some fruit coming from the Crouch Valley.
