Tasting Note
A seductive mix of fresh raspberry, melon and a creamy roundness are followed by a juicy attack on the palate which is both juicy and generous but underpinned by mouth tingling acidity. 

Vinification
Pinot Blanc grapes were whole bunch pressed before heading to a mixture of new 500L Stockinger oak barrels and fibre glass tank. Extended time on lees to add further texture to the wine.

Grapes grown according to Organic principles on clay soils in the Crouch Valley, Essex.
