Tasting Note
A very floral expression brimming with jasmine, honeysuckle and peach. Fleshy and ripe on the palate with a pithy, saline grip.

Vinification
Pinot Blanc grapes were whole bunch pressed before heading to a mixture of new 500L Stockinger oak barrels and fibre glass tank. Extended time on lees to add further texture to the wine.

Grapes grown on clay soils in the Crouch Valley, Essex.

Serve chilled, 12 degrees Celsius.
