Tasting Note
A seductive mix of fresh raspberry, melon and a creamy roundness are followed by a juicy attack on the palate which is both juicy and generous but underpinned by mouth tingling acidity.

Vinification
Whole bunches of Pinot Meunier grapes were macerated in the press overnight before being pressed to stainless steel tank. 

Grape History 
Grapes grown according to Organic principles on clay soils in the Crouch Valley, Essex.
